  • We work on a creative fee + licensing fee model.

    We’ve chosen this model for all our work, including real estate projects, because it allows us the time to figure our what makes a space truly special before we start pointing cameras everywhere. Its allows us to prioritize value over volume.

    The process looks like this:

    1. You book our time (2.5 hour slot available for RE agents only, this time slot is for what you might consider a ‘basic shoot’)

    2. We have a conversation about what shots are most valuable to you, and then prioritize making those the best shots we take.

    3. After the shoot, we send you watermarked proofs of the photos, and you pick the ones you actually want to pay for.

    4. We do all our editing in-house. Nothing is outsourced. This ensures quality control, so every photo is evocative of the emotion you’re trying to convey, or the value you’re trying to sell.

    5. Final assets are delivered, you pay the pre-agreed licensing fee and the click ‘download.’

  • We use whatever shooting technique best suits the situation - we can do HDR, Flash, Flambient (flash + ambient) - it really comes down to what the light is doing in a space, and what technique will work best with that light to capture a feeling.

  • Social Media Reels
    We offer 30/60/90 second reels for properties, as well as ‘agent reels’ for those who want to add a personal touch.

    We provide all the video elements that have become popularized online (i.e. speed ramps, drone shots), but with a more sophisticated feel than you might find elsewhere.

    Property Documentaries
    For those properties that deserve a little something extra, we can also do ‘netflix style’ documentaries that truly tell the story of the home.

  • We like to use the drone for pretty much every shoot, but not always how you might think.

    For example, many times the street is too low to get a good angle on the front of the house, even with a tall tripod. Having a drone to go just a few feet higher makes all the difference in the world.

    We don’t charge you just for breaking out the drone like other firms - to us its just another tool in the tool belt. We do however have a slightly increased licensing fee for drone photos and videos, as they typically take longer to edit.

    Creative fee + Licensing fee

    The Creative fee is paid when you schedule our time.

    Creative fee options:

    • Quarter-day (2.5 hours)

      • for real estate projects only

      • typically good for a ‘basic’ set of photos. If you want a social media reel as well, you should bump up to the half day.

    • Half-day (4 hours)

    • Full-day (8 hours)

    • Full-day + Sunrise & Sunset (12 hours)

    Following the shoot, we send you a set of watermarked ‘proof’ (minimally edited) photos. From this set, you pick the ones you like best and want to pay for. This way you’re not paying for photos you don’t like, want, or need.

    The Licensing fee is paid when you go to download the final assets.

    Licensing fee options:

    • These fee’s vary depending on the desired outcome of the work. For example, photos for the MLS cost significantly less than photos an architect might want to submit for publication.
